LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a man after they say he threatened a shopper at Mall-St. Matthews with a knife.

According to a police report Matthew Epperson, 20, crouched down next to the victim's car in the parking lot of Mall-St. Matthews. The report says a witness saw the incident and yelled out. Epperson then ran away and jumped into a four-door silver vehicle.
