LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man accused of stealing $1,000 worth of 5-Hour Energy drinks and batteries.
According to police, Justin Stumler took $1,100 worth of 5-hour Energy drinks and batteries from the Circle K on Fegenbush Lane in late January. They say he conceled them in his clothes and walked out without paying.
Police say the whole incident was caught on video camera.
