HENRY CO., Ky. (News Release) -- A man is behind bars after police say he allegedly shot another man in the head following a property dispute on Saturday afternoon.
Kentucky State police responded to a call of a shooting around 3 p.m. Saturday in the 7000 block of Ballardsville Road in Smithfield, Kentucky.
When Troopers arrived on scene, they discovered that Joseph Bibelhauser, 61, had been shot in the head following a property dispute with James Fowler, 57, of Smithfield.
Joseph Bibelhauser was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Fowler was charged with murder and taken to the Carroll County Regional Detention Center.
