(WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is facing charges for allegedly eating his way through a Local Kroger grocery store.
Police arrested Larry Marsee, 48, Wednesday night at the Kroger on Second Street downtown. Police say the store's Loss Prevention Officers watched him eat several items throughout the store totaling more than $58.
Police say Marsee was drunk and falling on shelves. He is charged with theft and alcohol intoxication.
