LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a Louisville man on charges of wanton endangerment after they say he threatened two victims with a knife.
Police were called to the scene of a reported stabbing in March. Upon arrival officers found two victims, according to a police report.
The first victim told police that the daughter of Brian Wadkins, 38, had stayed at the victim's home on March 15. The victim says when they were walking the daughter home Wadkins came out of his home with a large bladed knife that the victim described as about 10-12 inches long.
The victim told police that Wadkins said "where's my daughter, I'm gonna kill you." Wadkins then chased the victim around the yard with the knife, according to the witness.
The second victim told police when the first victim escaped Wadkins turned to the second victim and said "I'm gonna kill you," while he chased him.
According to the police report, as more people gathered around the scene, Wadkins went back inside his home. Officers later found Wadkins inside his home with the knife.
Wadkins has been charged with first degree wanton endangerment.
