LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - A Louisville mother is facing charges of abuse Tuesday after police say she beat her one year-old daughter.
Erika Thomas, 24, was arrested Monday morning.
Police say in June, she used a belt to hit her daughter in the face, the back of her legs and on the side of her body.
Police say Thomas admitted to hitting her daughter out of frustration.
