(WHAS 11)—A Louisville man was arrested and charged with fourth degree assault, third degree criminal trespassing and second degree disorderly conduct Wednesday night.
Police say Eldon Fuller was in the area of Floyd and Jacobs streets when Fuller was getting irate with people who refused to give him cigarettes. Fuller fled the scene prior to police arriving. Not too long after officers left the scene, Fuller showed back up to the Norton Healthcare facility at 335 E. Broadway and was approached by Norton Security.
Police noted in their report that the female victim was not seriously injured, but did sustain scratches to her hand, knee and elbow after being thrown to the ground by Fuller.
Security tried to detain Fuller for allegedly assaulting their employee and Fuller continued to fight security, which police said caused alarm to other employees and people passing by. Norton told police that they had already banned Fuller from the property and had asked him to leave two times prior to the accident.
