LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a Louisville man after they say he was intoxicated, urinated on himself and threw a glass pipe during his arrest.
Thomas Flynn, 41,was unsteady on his feet and had red, bloodshot eyes according to a police report. Flynn told police he just left the bar at the time of the incident.
According to a police report Flynn was so intoxicated he urinated on himself.
The arresting officer heard the sound of glass hitting the pavement while talking to Flynn. When an officer looked in the area where the subject was standing, the officer found a glass pipe commonly used to smoke crack cocaine.
The police report says when confronted about throwing the pipe down, Flynn threw it in an attempt to avoid going to jail.
Flynn has been charged with buying and possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and public intoxication.
