LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a man for allegedly hunting while under the influence of alcohol.
According to a police report Jeffrey Ford, 52, was deer hunting in a field without the required hunting orange. The report says Ford smelled strongly of alcohol and dropped a beer can when confronted by an officer.
Police say Ford failed to follow directions while performing a finger-to-nose test. Ford's eyes also appeared red and bloodshot, according to the police report.
