(WHAS11) -- A Louisville man charged with rape 13 years after the crime entered a plea deal Monday.
Marcus Swan was linked to the violent 1999 attack through DNA. A woman was grabbed while standing at the bus stop at 6th and Chestnut downtown and raped.
In February, Marcus Swan was charged with the crime and today he a guilty plea.
Prosecutors recommended a 15 year sentence.
