LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville woman was arrested over the weekend and is facing charges after police said she stabbed bouncer at a the Win, Place, Show Bar.
According to a police report, LMPD officers were dispatched to the bar around 1:44 a.m. Sunday on a stabbing call.
Police said when they arrived at the bar a bouncer told them he was stabbed with an unknown item while he was escorting a female patron out of the bar after a disturbance.
The suspect, 23-year-old Stacey M. Spencer, had left the scene, but police said they reviewed security footage and she was identified by other patrons.
Spencer was located at a home on Brentwood Avenue where she was arrested.
The bouncer's injuries were not life threatening - he was treated and received several stitches.
Spencer is charged with 2nd degree assault.
