LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested Carolyn Marshall Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 18, for allegedly waving her gun inside Dino’s Food Mart on West Broadway.  Security cameras caught the entire episode.

"That's just not an everyday situation where somebody's coming in, and a gun is getting put in your face,” the store manager, who did not want to be named, said.

The manager said she and a co-worker were serving customers when Marshall came inside.

“A lady came in screaming, waving a gun, saying, ‘Where’s he at?  Where’s he at? He took a thousand dollars from me,’” the manager said.

Police charged Marshall with wanton endangerment after they said she came into the store waving a small, black handgun.

“She went outside, and started waving the gun and doing the same thing outside the store,” the manager said.

The store manager said she hit their panic button and called police.

“Just looking at the face end of a gun, a loaded gun.  It just, I was really shaken up about the situation,” she said.

The manger does not know what caused Marshall to come into Dino’s, but said she hopes a judge understands the fear and danger Marshall caused.

“I just hope that the court system does their part,” the manager said.  “…Cause innocent people could’ve lost their lives for something that they didn’t have any notion about what was going on.”
