LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police in Shively said a man took drugs, then passed out in a Burger King drive-thru.
Gregory Poteet was arrested Tuesday night at the Burger King in the 3900 block of Dixie Highway.
According to police, officers found him passed out behind the wheel and parked sideways in the restaurant drive-thru with his flashers on.
Poteet told officers he had taken Xanax about an hour earlier.
After conducting a search, officers said they discovered nearly 200 Xanax pills in the car, along with marijuana and more than $500.
