LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Police said 18-year-old Jordan Waller robbed two people on Jan. 17 and Jan. 18 at two different bus stops.

On Jan. 17 at 6:50 a.m. police said Waller asked a victim, who was waiting for his school bus, to use his phone.  According to police when the victim asked for his phone back Waller balled up fist and told the victim aggressively, “No, this is my phone now.” According to the police report the phone is worth $299.

On Jan. 18 at 2 p.m., at a bus stop at Dixie and Grand, Waller robbed a person at gunpoint and took her property, according to police. Police said the property is worth $400.

Waller was arrested on Jan. 22 and is charged with robbery in the first and second degree.
