Police: Man found with needle in arm trying to leave Lou. convenience store on

30-year-old Robert L. McNab is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and no registration plates.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is now facing charges after Metro Police said they got a call about a driver who overdosed inside a car while trying to leave a convenience store.

According to a police report, officers found 30-year-old Robert L. McNab in a Sebring with a needle in his arm attempting to leave the Circle K located at 6204 Poplar Level Road. The responding officer reported that McNab had track marks on his arms and had slow, thick, slurred speech and kept nodding off in the back seat of the police cruiser while being transported to corrections.

McNab is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and no registration plates.
