LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- One of the suspects in last month's TARC bus shooting is now behind bars in Louisville.

Jeffrey Kingdon, along with his brother Martin Keehn, was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Indianapolis last week.

Both men had warrants issued for their arrest after police said the two shot and killed 17-year-old Rico Robinson while he was riding a TARC bus.

Kingdon is being held at Metro Corrections. Keehn is still being held in Indiana.
