LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – On Feb. 6 an officer was conducting a narcotics investigation and it led to the arrest of 18-year-old John Donan.

According to the police report, an officer saw Donan pull into the 12600 block of Shelbyville Road when Eastern High School was letting out across the street.

Police said Donan’s vehicle got a lot of attention and when Donan saw the officer pull up in a K-9 unit he became alarmed and fidgety.

The police report said when the officer approached he became more fidgety and would not keep his hands up as instructed.

The officer searched Donan and found a large pill bottle filled with marijuana and 16 yellow pills, according to police.
