Police say they pulled Vanessa Finley over on Rockford Lane Sunday evening when they say a small child in the front seat unrestrained. Police got consent to search the car and they say they found nine baggies of suspected meth residue inside along with drug paraphernalia. Finley told police she's been smoking large amounts of meth because she was due to turn herself into authorities to begin a prison sentence this week.
