LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville woman was arrested at a local Buffalo Wild Wings on suspicion of being drunk and possessing drugs, all while having her 5-year-old child with her.
According to an arrest report, Courtney Oliver was arrested after police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant on Dixie Highway on Friday evening.
Police said Oliver was acting drunk and showed signs consistent with narcotics use.
Oliver reportedly admitted to police she had taken hydrocodones earlier in the day. Police searched her and her car and found a bag of heroin, they wrote in their report.
Police said Oliver's 5-year-old child was put in danger of serious injury.
Courtney Oliver is charged with possession of heroin, wanton endangerment and public intoxication.
