LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A 16-year-old girl who had been missing is now home with her family after police in Louisville found her with a 19-year-old man.
Cody Tyson was arrested on August 14, after police pulled him over on River Road.
Kayla Embry was on the back of his moped.
She hadn't been seen since July 27.
Tyson admitted to the officer that he knew Embry was reported missing.
He also admitted that the two of them had been smoking marijuana.
Tyson was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor.
