Mich. couple accused of selling balloons with nitrous oxide in Lou.

Autumn and Peter Fisher are accused of selling nitrous oxide filled balloons at a Louisville parking garage. Autumn is also accused of possessing marijuana and morphine pills.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Michigan couple was arrested in downtown Louisville Tuesday night and is accused of selling balloons filled with nitrous oxide in a parking lot.

Autumn and Peter Fisher face several charges, including sale of a volatile substance.

They were arrested Tuesday night at a parking lot at 5th and Chestnut.

Police say the Fishers were inhaling the nitrous and also selling balloons to people who passed by.

A Widespread Panic concert was happening at The Louisville Palace Theatre, about a block away.

Police say Autumn Fisher also had marijuana and morphine pills in her purse.
