Clark County, Ind. (Press Release) - Thursday afternoon, detectives from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg and members of the Washington County Drug Team assisted in a state parole visit at 2907 Cummins Road, Borden, IN. During the visit officers and a parole officer located Methamphetamine. When this was located they immediately applied for a search warrant on the residence through the Clark County Superior Court #4.
During the search of the residence officers located additional Methamphetamine, paraphernalia and several items of stolen property totaling approximately $20,000.00
Officers arrested Lindsay M. Shaw, 22, of 2907 Cummins Road, Borden, IN, at the scene and charged her with Possession of Methamphetamine under Three Grams, D Felony; Possession of Stolen Property, (Four Counts), D Felony; Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony and Possession of Paraphernalia, A Misdemeanor. She was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail.
The stolen articles recovered during the search warrant included a 2000 Honda motorcycle, a 2007 Polaris ATV, a 2008 Hustler zero turn lawn mower, a leaf blower, a weed eater, and a 2001 flat bed trailer.
This investigation is continuing with possible other charges on other occupants of the residence.
