LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The two men facing murder charges in connection to a shooting on a Tarc bus will go on trial in April.
Martin Keehn and Jeffrey Kingdon were in court Wednesday morning, March 12; both are charged with killing Rico Robinson Junior back in July 2012.
The shooting happened on a Tarc bus near Goldsmith Lane.
The two men had been offered a plea deal that would have put them behind bars for 35 years but they didn't accept. The prosecutor says that deal is still on the table.
Their trial has been set for April 8.
