LEBANON, Ky. (NEWS RELEASE) -- The Kentucky State Police are trying to locate a Middlesboro, Ky. man that walked away from the Marion Adjustment Center on Tuesday, May 29 at around 1:30 a.m.

George Wesley Upton, 33, was serving a 10 year sentence for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree on a Police Officer and Fleeing and Evading 1st Degree. 

Upton is a 5'11", 173 pound, white male with brown hair and blue eyes.  He has tattoos on his back, chest, neck and both arms. 

Upton may be operating a 1993 GMC Sierra pickup, blue and silver in color, KY registration number 419-GAE, which was reported stolen from 100 Countryside Estates in Lebanon on Wednesday, May 30.
