LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS) – A man who struck and killed a woman in West Louisville in late October appeared in court Tuesday seeking a bond reduction.
Joseph Johnson was fleeing from police after they were trying to catch him in a narcotics investigation. That’s when he struck and killed 31-year-old Stephanie Melson.
The judge said he would decide about a bond reduction later this week.
