(WHAS 11)-- Charges will likely be upgraded for a man arrested for shooting a driver in Louisville’s Shawnee neighborhood last week.
The man who was shot died over the weekend.
Mark Bolan was arrested and charged with assault after the shooting in the 300 block of Shawnee Drive last Monday.
Those charges will likely be upgraded to murder.
