LEBANON, Ky. (News Release) -- A man was arrested and charged with murder Saturday in the shooting death of a father of three outside a bar in Raywick, Kentucky.
46-year-old Christopher P. Gribbins was arrested Saturday at 12:07 a.m. and charged with the murder of David Litsey.
He was arrested, without incident, at his residence on Dangerfield Road in Larue County.
The on-going investigation into the murder also led to Gribbins being charged with the assault of 22-year-old Phillip J. Franklin of Springfield, Ky. The assault was a separate incident that occurred prior to the shooting outside the rear of the same bar.
Police say 22-year-old David Litsey of Lebanon, Kentucky was shot and killed outside Raywick Bar and Grill early Friday morning.
Litsey was a father of three. His family says he was fatally shot in the neck when he was trying to break up a fight and died while being transported to Springview Hospital.
