(WHAS11) -- Louisville police have arrested a man for allegedly stealing $3,300 in roof work repairs that were never done.
Charles Bynum has been charged with theft by deception. Police say he was working for A Plus A Exteriors when he was paid nearly $3,300 from a client, but no repairs were ever made.
When the victim called the business to see what the problem was, management said Bynum was never authorized to sign contracts or take money from customers.
