CLARK COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A Clark County man has been accused of making fake ID's for Mexican immigrants.
Jony Zavala is charged with insurance fraud and counterfeiting after police say he was making fake Mexican driver's licenses for dozens of people.
He also added five vehicles to an insurance policy that he was not authorized to add, leaving the owner of the policy to foot the bill for cars he did not own.
