LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a man for selling beer to an underage investigative aid employed with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
According to the police report, 25-year-old Jamie Torres sold a 12-ounce Bud Light to a 19-year-old without requesting identification or asking the date of birth.
Torres was arrested for selling alcoholic beverages to minors.
