(WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is facing multiple charges after he was allegedly smoking marijuana while driving and nearly hitting police officers.
According to court documents, Jeremiah Sparrow is charged with wanton endangerment, reckless driving and possession of marijuana.
Police say Sparrow created a danger and potential of death to officers when Sparrow nearly hit a detective while driving in the 4000 block of Taylor Blvd Sunday night.
Police say Sparrow also had two kids in the car. They say the children had asked him to stop smoking marijuana while driving.
