(Warsaw, KY) – Police say a Gallatin County man was arrested yesterday and charged with growing marijuana at his home. 

According to a report, troopers went to the home of Timothy Miles, 57, after marijuana was spotted on his property from a helicopter.  Police said they found 43 marijuana plants in a garden behind the house and in shrubbery in the front of the house.

Miles was charged with cultivation of marijuana and taken to the Carroll County Detention Center.
