(WHAS11) -- A Louisville man was arrested at the Dave Matthews Band concert Tuesday night in Louisville for allegedly throwing a beer in a police officer's face.
Nicholas Braden is now charged with Alcohol Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. He was arrested during the concert last night at the KFC Yum Center. Police say he refused to return to his seat and then threw that beer in an officer's face.
Braden also allegedly snuck in two bottles of vodka.
