LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville man with a history of causing problems at Louisville International Airport was arrested Friday afternoon after police said he was throwing items and screaming at a Southwest Airlines ticket counter.
According to an arrest report, Raymond Hinkle has received two prior warnings for trespassing and causing alarm to other travelers in the airport. He was arrested Friday and charged with Criminal Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, Terroristic Threatening and Resisting Arrest.
Police say when they got to the terminal, Hinkle was throwing items and screaming because Southwest Airlines would not allow him to fly. When police attempted to place him under arrest and handcuff him, he pulled away from the officers and a passing soldier had to help restrain him.
Once in custody, police said Hinkle threatened to kill all four officers.
