LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is out $8,000, because he paid for a roof repair that never happened.
Louisville police have arrested Brad Meredith because they say he took $8,000 for roof repairs that were never done.
Meredith is charged with theft by deception.
