SHEPERDSVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Sheperdsville man was arrested in Louisville after he was spotted stealing money from a donation box at Norton Hospital.
Louisville Police arrested Andrew Lee Tuesday afternoon.
Lee was also found with someone else's food stamp card as well as several needles and a spoon.
Police say he admitted to being a heroin user.
Lee is charged with fraudulent use of a benefits card and possession of drug paraphernalia.
