(WHAS11) -- A Louisville man was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing jewelry from Galt House Hotel guests.

According to the police report, Richard Sawaya admitted to police that he made fake work orders in order to go into customer's hotel room. The jewelry stolen was valued at roughly $3,000.
