Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - The Louisville man charged in the murder of a Sullivan University student was back in court Thursday morning.
Gregory O'Bryan is accused of killing 18-year-old Andrew Compton.
O'Bryan told police Compton died during sex and he put the body in a dumpster.
Compton's body has never been found.
In court Thursday, attorneys argued about Compton's DNA profile, which is currently being built by Kentucky State Police that will be compared with evidence from O'Bryan's home.
Right now, O'Bryan's trial is set to begin in April, but defense attorneys said today they don't think they'll be ready.
