LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- An 18-year-old is facing charges after Metro Police said he was selling drugs near a Jefferson County middle school.
Police arrested Justin Bourland in the 4100 block of Angel Terrace on Wednesday.
The location was within 1,000 feet of Carrithers Middle School.
Investigators said they found marijuana and multiple baggies used for selling drugs in his pocket after a search.
Bourland is facing charges trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
