LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man was reported pointing a handgun at people as he was driving near Ramser Court.

Officers responded and reported that upon their arrival, they discovered Bobby Tyler and his 4-year-old daughter in the reported car with a matching license plate.

When police approached the car, an officer observed a plastic bag of marijuana in the console.

The car’s owner, Deasia Lipsey, consented to a search which led police to find a handgun.

Tyler was charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and first degree wanton endangerment.
