LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville woman faces charges for allegedly punching an elderly woman that she cared for.
Police say 25-year-old Ashley Shipley was the live-in caretaker for a 74-year-old woman who has dementia, is blind and has physical disabilities.
