LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A local man accused of a robbery in Franklin County was arrested in Louisville.

Trevelle Barbour, 23, is charged with first-degree robbery.

Police said Barbour and and unnamed co-defendant approached a 25-year-old man outside his Frankfort home in October. They say both men had handguns and demand to come inside the man's apartment.

Once inside, police said Barbour tied up two residents with duct tape and zip ties and took $4,000.

The victims were able to free themselves.
