LESLIE COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A meth lab bust in Kentucky so large law enforcement is calling it a “meth factory.”
Sheriff's deputies in Leslie County, Ky. spent Saturday cleaning up more than 160 meth labs they said they discovered in a wooded area.
They labs were discovered under leaves and trees, while others were found in plain sight.
Investigators said the labs ranged in size and some were still active. They also said they believe the operation has been going on for some time due to the number of labs found.
At this time, police said they have not made any arrests.
