LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police are looking for two suspects after a man was shot to death Wednesday.
The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Carlisle Avenue and Taylor Boulevard near Churchill Downs.
Police said the victim was in a parked car when he was shot. The man was taken to University of Louisville Hospital where he later died.
Neighbors said they don't consider the area to be a "dangerous neighborhood." They also said they do not believe the victim lived in the area.
Police have not released a description of the suspects or the victim's identity, but witnesses said they saw a man in a red shirt run from the scene.
