LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – The Louisville Metro Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a robbery suspect.

On Monday, Aug. 4, at 1:01 p.m. the suspect entered Republic Bank at 3726 Lexington Road and presented a demand note to the teller for money, LMPD said. The employee complied with the demand and the suspect fled with an undetermined amount of money.

Police said the suspect fled on foot and last seen on Macon Avenue. No one was injured during the robbery and a weapon was not displayed.

According to LMPD the suspect is a white male, 25 to 30-years-old,  5’7” to 5’8”, 180 to 200 lbs. and has a medium build.
