LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A homeless man was arrested after police said he was found with an explosive device in a Louisville park Wednesday.
Police said they were called to Waterfront Park Wednesday evening on a report that a disorderly person had locked himself in the bathroom.
After a brief struggle, officers were able to get James Rodgers out of that bathroom and took him into custody.
A search of Rodger's belongings turned up an explosive device. It's not known why Rodgers had that device or what type of device it was.
Rodgers is charged with trespassing, possession of an explosive device, disorderly conduct and menacing.
