LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville man is facing serious charges after police said he was driving drunk with his nephew in the front seat of a stolen car.

Officers pulled over Eric Traynor for driving a stolen vehicle Saturday afternoon in the 1200 block of W. Hill Street.

Police said they then found his 3-year-old nephew sitting in the front seat without a car seat.

Officers say Traynor smelled like alcohol and couldn't stand upright.

Police said they also found two empty Colt 45 cans in the backseat.

Traynor is facing multiple charges including wanton endangerment, receiving stolen property, failure to use a child restraint and driving while intoxicated
