LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Police in Louisville have made an arrest after a deadly accident on the Gene Snyder Freeway Sunday night.

Police arrested Adam Ball for outstanding warrants.  Bell was the passenger in the sedan that got stuck under a truck.

A police report says Bell took off running after getting out of the car, right before it burst into flames, killing the driver.

Police say the driver of a sedan was on the Bardstown exit when he collided with a semi-truck.

The cause of the crash is not known, but police say alcohol may be a factor.

The name of the victim has not yet been released.
