LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man has been arrested for allegedly shooting at a grocery store on Friday.
According to the police report, Patrick Daugherty, 20, fired a shotgun five times behind the Kroger on Gross Avenue.
Three of the shots were fired into the air, while the other two were aimed at the side of the building.
Detectives said they have video of the incident and also recovered the shotgun ammunition wads from the scene.
A witness stated that on a separate occasion, Daugherty fired a handgun into the air multiple times from her front porch.
Detectives reported finding a 9mm shell casing from the porch.
Daugherty gave authorities a full confession for both events.
While executing a search warrant, detectives found ammunition matching the 9mm shell casings, marijuana and a scale.
Authorities said the conduct created substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to others.
Daugherty is facing six charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, one charge of possession of marijuana and one charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
