LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A Louisville man is facing human trafficking charges after the alleged victim came forward to police.

The 23-year-old woman told police that for several months Dennis Elliott, 34, forced her to have sex with as many as three or four men at one time and that Elliott would hit her if she refused.

Police said on occasion Elliott would choke the woman and burn her with cigarettes if she didn't obey.

Police said the victim gave them information identifying Elliott as the suspect.

Dennis Elliot is charged with human trafficking and promoting prostitution.
